For 13 years, I've had the privilege of helping people navigate growth, change, and the complexity of being human, in both their personal lives and their work.
My story
Where I come from.
I've been coaching for 13 years, across both personal and business spaces. Today I also serve as the Director of Coaching and Certification for Primal Question, where I train and mentor coaches in a transformational approach to personal growth.
Before coaching, I spent ten years in education as a teacher and counselor. That experience still shapes how I listen, ask questions, and help people make sense of complex situations.
